The cherry and ice capabilities of this machine are what set us apart from other robotic bartenders on the market, which simply pour drinks.To ensure food safety, we devised a toothpick-skewered cherry as our signature garnish. This allowed the cherries to be loaded and dispensed without the machine ever touching the food portion, which increases cleanliness and food safety. We saved countertop space by combining the cherry and ice mechanisms into an elegant interlocking design, as seen above. Encoders attached to a feedscrew in the ice dispenser ensure that the correct amount of ice will enter the drink, and only when requested.

The cherries are easily loaded through the five-at-a-time docking station shown above, and ice is conveniently poured into a hopper at the back of the machine. A drainage tube carries melted ice into a receptacle at the back so it doesn't drip.
